CVR Autocross - Competitor's Rules
 
  1. Drivers must conduct themselves and their driving in a safe and proper manner at all times. Speeding in the paddock, not following staging and driving instructions, unsafe driving will result in IMMEDIATE disqualification from the event.


  2. Every driver must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver's license.


  3. All cars must successfully pass a safety inspection before running in the event.


  4. All cars and drivers must meet safety requirements before beginning a competitive run.


  5. Only times recorded during assigned run time will be counted.


  6. An entrant may drive only one car in the driving event and that car must be the one registered for the event for that entrant.


  7. No passengers are allowed in a competing car, except for a qualified instructor. A qualified instructor may carry a passenger, but they will officially loose that run during the assigned run time. (I.E. No time will be recorded for that run, but it will be counted against the official number of runs.)


  8. The only pre-driving the course is allowed by the course designer, and only in a car they have not entered as a competitor. No other pre-driving of the course is allowed and will result in disqualification from the event.


  9. If all four wheels leave the course, the run will result in a DNF.


  10. Failure to exit the course properly will result in a DNF.
